How long will it take to receive my products?
Since our products are all handmade and done in small batches it will take up to 1-2 to make and we ship out within 4-5 business days after you have placed the order. Please be advised that orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday are not counted on part of the 4-5 business day turn around and will be shipped the following Monday not including any holidays.

What is the ordering process?
Orders are received, processed, and shipped to destination within 5-7 business days. If you placed your order on the weekend, these days do not count toward the regular 5-7 day turn around time. Orders are currently made on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturday- These dates are not set in stone.

Are your products natural and Organic?
We formulate an array of natural and organic products. The ingredients are natural or derived from a natural source and we also use some organic ingredients. Some of our products use a broad spectrum preservative ( that isnt natural) and some use all natural preservative (both paraben free) but both enhance the shelf life of our products to keep, mold, fungus, bacteria and others things from growing in your products.We want you to be able to use the products you purchase.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are made fresh every three weeks or as needed to ensure freshness and can be used up to one year, which means no need to refrigerate. However this all depends on the way you store your product, please store all products purchased from us in a dry cool place and keep wet hands/fingers out of products for longer preservation. Any extra moisture added to the products after we have made are not included in the preservation and this will cause mold. We recommend using your product between 6-9 months.

Do you test your products on animals?
No we do not have any products that are tested on animals.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?
We currently only use USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail for our domestic and international delivery services.

Shipping calculations are based on the box that might be needed to ship your selected products via USPS. SophiaK Essentials prints and packs all orders in house and delivers them to the shipping carrier USPS for delivery. We will send a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped with a tracking number. All orders will receive information pertaining to the insurance and form of shipping calculated. Packages will normally take a day to update in the tracking system at USPS.COM, so don’t be alarmed if you try to check the same day you receive the "order shipped" email and fail to see a status.

BE AWARE: Once a order has left our possession and placed with the shipping carrier USPS, we are not responsible for your package if it is lost or stolen. We advice you to purchase insurance but this is an option to you at checkout. If your package becomes lost or stolen during shipping please contact the nearest USPS carrier to inform them of this. We cannot replace your items in this case.

Expected Delivery times is between 2-3 business days.

Please be sure to take care in choosing a delivery address that is safe during harsh inclement weather. It is not the responsibility of SophiaK Essentials or its owners nor our chosen shipping carrier to make sure of weather constraints that would cause damage to your package. Damage by inclement weather extreme heat or cold is not covered by SophiaK Essentials.

PLEASE NOTE - The courtesy $5 flat rate includes USPS Priority Shipping including tracking confirmation. Insurance is not included in this option, WE RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT. Also if you dont like the idea of your products being shipped via a padded envelope, this option IS NOT FOR YOU! SophiaK Essentials will not replace or refund for any packages damaged or lost/stolen in transit.


International -We (SophiaK Essentials) do not know what custom fees and other charges that certain countries might charge for delivery. It is your responsibility to accept the fees and pay for them; if you do not agree to the fees and deny the package, we will mark your order as abandoned and no refunds/exchanges can be made.


Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

My shipping costs seem too high, how can I get a lower charge?
Please send us an email with the products you would like to purchase and we will send you and invoice with the order cost and shipping charges to order@sophiakessentials.com. Please include shipping address.

How is shipping cost calculated?
We currently calculate shipping based on weight via priority mail USPS.

What shipping services do you offer?
Currently we ship via USPS Priority & Express Mail. Other shipping services will be added at a later date. Please be advised that Shipping Insurance is not included in the shipping price, If you would like to have that added, please let us know in the note box and we can send you an invoice for that amount. MUST BE PAID BEFORE SHIPPING.

Do you offer a way to track my order?
Yes we will send a tracking number and the link to the site to check your tracking.

How long does it take in transit with USPS to receive my order?
Since we ship priority mail it only takes 2-3 days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days. International shipping can take up to 10 days but normally does not exceed that.

Can I purchase Insurance for shipping my products?
Yes there is an option to add insurance to your order. You can search for the word "insurance" in search box and select the amount of coverage you need.

I forgot to add something to my order and purchased again, can you combine the orders?
Yes we can combine the orders.

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled before the order has been processed and shipped. It is best to contact us at least within 48 hours after placing your order to ensure you can cancel. We need written confirmation sent to info@sophiakessentials.com to update your order. Once order has been packaged and marked as shipping status, there are no cancellations accepted; All sales are FINAL after leaving our possessions.
What is your return policy?
Please be aware that since we make all products by hand and at the time of purchase that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order.

If you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 48 hours from the date you received your order, we will handle it more efficiently this way. However, we do not replace products that are damaged due to USPS mail carrier, we advise you to purchase insurance at checkout to avoid losing money if such damages occur. It will not be the responsibility of SophiaK Essentials. At this time we do not accept returns for orders that you no longer want, or open/use, or products due to allergic reactions or scent sensitivities...all orders are final.

Sorry, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns and NO CASH REFUNDS.

Credit Cards- Orders can be paid using our secure payment gateway Authorize.net and Paypal. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. Please follow the checkout instructions being sure to input all required information. You can decide to sign up for a PayPal account for faster checkout in the future or checkout without signing up. PayPal however will ask for your email so they can verify your payments, you will be sent a order receipt from us and from PayPal/Authorize.net.

Promotional information will be provided when available.

Orders but you must email us prior to placing the second order within 24 hours. Extra shipping will occur based on weight and is calculated directly from USPS.com.

Do I get the shipping costs back if I asked for order to be combined without emailing or notifying first?
If the costs to ship your order was more than what you paid in full for both combined orders, We will not refund. If the cost for shipping was less than what you paid. We will give you store credit, but WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

Do you sell wholesale?
