FREE SHIPPING

Updated 9/8/2016- Currently all orders over $60 will be shipped for free, U.S. Customers only. Please allow the usual delivery times for this shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently use USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail for our domestic and international delivery services. Shipping calculations are based on the box that might be needed to ship your selected products via USPS.

We currently ONLY ship to U.S. States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Canada, Bahamas and Cayman Islands.

We will send a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped with a tracking number. If you would like to get your packages faster, please contact us before you order, so that we may try to accommodate you.

If you would like to add insurance or require a signature upon delivery, we ask that you please contact us prior to placing your order.


Business hours are Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. Holidays). Please note that at the current time we only ship on weekdays, if you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will NOT be processed until the following work day. However, please be aware that orders are processed within 2 days and are shipped after. Please note that we do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sundays.

Domestic delivery times is between 2-3 business days after leaving our facility. International shipping can take up to 10 days but normally does not exceed that.

We do ship to P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Please be sure that the address you want us to ship to is correct before placing the order.


RETURNS

We at SophiaK Essentials want to offer the best customer satisfaction beyond the sale of purchase. However please be aware that because our products are personal grooming products all sales are FINAL, as we cannot re-shelf them once they have departed our shipping location. There is no way for us to inspect them to know if they have been tampered with. Furthermore, we do NOT offer any exchanges on products.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or there are issues with your orders; your claim must be received within 3 days from the date your order was delivered, we will handle it more efficiently this way. You will be sent a return slip addressed to us for return of the incorrect product and we will send you the correct product. Please email us at customerservice@sophiakessentials.com with your order #.

DAMAGES

We ask that you please inspect your package upon delivery for any damages that may have occurred during time of shipment. Please note that it is normal for boxes to have wear and tear through the mail system. If damages have occurred, you can email us at customerservice@sophiakessentials.com within 3 days of delivery. However, please note that you will have to file a claim with the shipping courier for all damages, we will be happy to assist you in your claim.

CANCELLATION

Please be advised that due to the type of order processing system we use, once order has been placed there is no way to slow the process to cancel. Please be sure that you are purchasing the correct items before finalizing your order.
